Het project betreft de ontwikkeling van een nieuw product in de vorm van een internationaal innovatieve modulaire metalen dakpan geïntegreerd met fotovoltaïsche panelen (ETILE) voor de productie van elektriciteit door prosumenten, als onderdeel van O&O-werkzaamheden. De te ontwikkelen metalen dakpan is een innovatie op wereldschaal en een doorbraak in de energiemarkt voor consumenten, zoals bevestigd door het advies over innovatie van de faculteit Werktuigbouwkunde van de Technische Universiteit van Wroclaw.
ETILE zal aanzienlijke concurrentievoordelen hebben ten opzichte van de beste oplossingen die momenteel op de wereldmarkt verkrijgbaar zijn (keramische dakpannen geïntegreerd met fotovoltaïsche panelen van ON, CENTROPOL SJ onder het merk FOTTON en Heda Solar). De concurrentievoordelen van het product dat voor ontwikkeling is gepland, doen zich voor op het niveau van de belangrijkste technische parameters

Het doel van het project is het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden die zullen resulteren in de ontwikkeling van een innovatieve multimodulaire dak- en gevelbedekking met een montagesysteem op basis van een revolutionair fotovoltaïsch composietpaneel. Glas moet uit het paneel worden geëlimineerd met behoud van zijn eigenschappen - het doorlaten van zonlicht en het compenseren van zijn nadelen: slechte sterkte, hoog gewicht en verstrooiing van een deel van de straling. Het BSS-systeem zal naar verwachting 9% meer energie opwekken dan traditionele PV-panelen. Het paneel zal naar verwachting de warmte beter afvoeren dan glazen panelen, zodat de energieopwekking tijdens zomerperioden beter zal verlopen.

Concurrentiepad voor Mazovië
Het project betreft de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe internationaal innovatieve hoogrendement geconcentreerde fotovoltaïsche gevel - EleWall modulaire fotovoltaïsche gevel, die naast het standaard doel om elektriciteit te produceren ook dient om een gebouw en/of water te verwarmen. De oplossing voldoet aan de marktvraag van de bouwindustrie, met name Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV).
EleWall zal een aantrekkelijk alternatief zijn voor ontwikkelaars en architecten die traditionele gevels of traditionele fotovoltaïsche panelen willen installeren op kantoorgebouwen en gebouwen met meerdere huurders. Het product zal zijn klanten extra voordelen bieden - wie op zoek is naar een gevelbekleding zal verzekerd zijn van elektriciteitsopwekking en de mogelijkheid om thermische energie terug te winnen voor het gebouw, terwijl klanten die geïnteresseerd zijn in elektriciteitsopwekking en terugwinning van thermische energie verzekerd zullen zijn van een moderne gevelbekleding. Bovendien wordt EleWall gekenmerkt door zijn hoge efficiëntie en modulaire ontwerp, waardoor het snel kan worden geïnstalleerd op elk gebouw, niet alleen nieuwe, in tegenstelling tot gevelpanelen die op de markt verkrijgbaar zijn.

Electrotile Sp. z o.o. realizuje Projekt Polskie Mosty Technologiczne współfinansowany z Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach III Osi priorytetowej Wsparcie innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach, Działanie: 3.3. Wsparcie promocji oraz internacjonalizacji innowacyjnych przedsiębiorstw Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014-2020. PMT zostanie zrealizowany w latach 2018-2023.” Celem projektu jest wprowadzenie innowacyjnych rozwiązań fotowoltaicznych na rynek Stanów Zjednoczonych, skutkujące opracowaniem strategii i jej realizacja w ramach etapu zagranicznego.
W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi rozpoczęcie sprzedaży eksportowej produktów oferowanych przez przedsiębiorstwo Electrotile Sp. z o.o. na rynku docelowym. Całkowita wartość projektu: 150.000 PLN Dofinansowanie projektu z UE: 150.000 PLN.
As part of the project, a demonstrator for the EleWall factory will be built – an innovative photovoltaic facade with a capacity of over 50 MW / year.
EleWall has advantages over competing solutions in the form of: higher power achieved, among others thanks to the introduced innovations. EleWall also has a competitive advantage resulting from its technical parameters – it is a product from the BIPV sector used to obtain electricity from building facades.
Contrary to the competition, EleWall can be used in both new and old buildings as it is available in 2 versions: self-supporting and façade-mounted. In addition, EleWall, unlike the competition, will be able to be placed on window openings thanks to its “shutter” structure.
In phase 2 of the project, innovative elements of the production line will be developed: a matrix for lamination of PV modules and a device for connecting PV modules with metal profiles, which will eliminate the narrowest bottlenecks in the production process and enable the achievement of the assumed capacity of 50 MW / year.
Then a prototype of the EleWall production line will be created.
The multiplication of the number of selected devices is to eliminate the remaining bottlenecks. The correctness of the assumptions made will be verified during tests of EleWall elements produced with the use of the prototype.
In phase 3 of the project, a demonstrator of the EleWall automatic production line with a capacity of over 50 MW / year will be built. It was assumed that it will consist of 3 production photovoltaic threads and 1 production thread of metal elements. The correctness of the assumptions will be verified again by testing the elements produced with the use of the demonstrator.
If it is possible to achieve a very high repeatability of the obtained elements produced with the use of the demonstrator, the project assumptions will be confirmed and the product, after certification, will be available for sale.

W ramach projektu zostanie zbudowany demonstrator fabryki EleWall – innowacyjnej fasady fotowoltaicznej o wydajności powyżej 50 MW/rok.
EleWall posiada przewagi w stosunku do konkurencyjnych rozwiązań w postaci: wyższej mocy osiągniętej m.in. za sprawą wprowadzonych innowacji. EleWall posiada też przewagę konkurencyjną wynikającą z jego parametrów technicznych – jest to produkt z sektora BIPV służący do pozyskiwania energii elektrycznej z fasad budynków.
W przeciwieństwie do konkurencji EleWall może być stosowany zarówno na nowych, jak i starych budynkach, ponieważ jest dostępny w 2 wersjach: samonośnej i montowanej do fasady budynku. Dodatkowo EleWall w przeciwieństwie do konkurencji będzie mógł być umieszczany na otworach okiennych dzięki swojej „żaluzjowej” konstrukcji.
W fazie 2 projektu opracowane zostaną innowacyjne elementy linii produkcyjnej: matryca do laminacji modułów PV i urządzenie do łączenia modułów PV z metalowymi profilami, które pozwolą wyeliminować najwęższe gardła w procesie produkcyjnym i umożliwić osiągnięcie zakładanej wydajności 50 MW/rok. Następnie stworzony zostanie prototyp linii produkcyjnej EleWall. Zwielokrotnienie liczby wybranych urządzeń ma pozwolić wyeliminować pozostałe wąskie gardła. Prawidłowość przyjętych założeń zostanie zweryfikowana podczas testów elementów EleWall wyprodukowanych przy użyciu prototypu.
W fazie 3 projektu zbudowany zostanie demonstrator automatycznej linii produkcyjnej EleWall o wydajności powyżej 50 MW/rok. Założono, że będzie on się składał z 3 produkcyjnych nitek fotowoltaicznych i 1 produkcyjnej nitki elementów metalowych. Prawidłowość założeń zostanie ponownie zweryfikowana poprzez przeprowadzenie testów elementów wyprodukowanych przy użyciu demonstratora. Jeśli uda się osiągnąć bardzo wysoką powtarzalność uzyskanych elementów wyprodukowanych przy użyciu demonstratora potwierdzone zostaną założenia projektu i produkt po certyfikacji będzie mógł zostać wprowadzony do sprzedaży.
