Basic dimensions and mounting type

The first and key decision is to determine the dimensions of the pergola and how to install it. The maximum dimensions of a single module are 4.5 x 7 meters (with an additional support leg) or 4.5 x 5 meters without additional support. If you need a larger area, the modular system allows you to combine several pergolas.

The choice of mounting type depends mainly on the available space and the architecture of the building. You can opt for:

  • Freestanding pergola (4 legs) - ideal for the garden or terrace
  • Wall pergola (2 legs) - excellent as an extension of the living space
  • Suspended pergola (without legs) - optimal with limited space

Orientation and direction of lamella opening

The opening direction of the slats is crucial for energy efficiency and comfort of use. In the case of a solar pergola, the right orientation allows you to optimize energy production. The slats rotate in the range of 135 degrees, which gives full control over the sunlight and ventilation of the space under the pergola.

Color and finish

Pergola Solar Breaker offers a full range of RAL colors at no extra charge. You can choose different colors for the structure and lamellas, which allows you to perfectly match the architecture of the building. There are three types of finishes to choose from:

  • Glossy
  • Matte
  • With fine structure

Water drainage system

The choice of drain legs is essential for efficient rainwater drainage. The system uses integrated gutters in the crown profiles and pergola legs. It is worth planning with which legs the water is to be drained, taking into account the terrain and the existing drainage system.

Lighting and multimedia

As standard, the pergola is equipped with LED lighting in the crown profiles. Additionally, you can mount:

  • Lamella lighting (recommended approximately every 4 lamellas)
  • Infrared heaters (1 heater per 10 m² area)
  • Audio system with WiFi/Bluetooth speakers
  • Additional power outlets (DC or AC)

Curtain systems

For full control of the microclimate, you can equip the pergola with side shutters:

  • Sliding glass walls - ideal for year-round use
  • Zip screen shutters - selectable level of transparency (0-5%) and fabric colour
  • It is possible to mount both a glass wall and a zip screen on the same wall

Additional options

The pergola can be additionally equipped with:

  • Composite board deck (15 cm of ground space required)
  • Weather automation system
  • App to control all functions
  • Wind and rain sensors

Did you know that... In a solar pergola it is possible to install LED lighting in lamellas, which is powered directly from the built-in photovoltaic panels? This makes the lighting system work independently of the electrical network, providing atmospheric lighting even during a possible power failure.

Solar Pergolas

The pergola, which combines aesthetics with functionality and ecology, has rotating solar lamellas on the roof.
