eTile Classic is an advanced roofing system that integrates photovoltaic modules with traditional roof tiles. Each module covers an area of one square meter and contains eight integrated photovoltaic panels, generating about 110 watts of power from each square meter of roof. The system was created for investors who value classic aesthetics, but at the same time want to benefit from modern technologies of renewable energy sources.

The system is based on the proven technology of modular roof tiles, which roofers know and appreciate. Photovoltaic modules are integrated onto the high-quality steel sheet, using specially developed splicing technology. Full integration with the architecture Unlike traditional photovoltaic panels that “lie” on the roof, eTile Classic is an integral part of the roofing. On slopes that are not used for energy production (e.g. northern slopes), we use identically looking sheet tiles without PV modules, keeping the appearance of the entire roof consistent.
Exceptional durability and safety The system is designed for extreme weather conditions. It is resistant to hail (tested with hail balls the size of golf balls), strong winds (strength up to 5400 Pa) and heavy snow loads. The modules are mounted permanently, there is no risk of breaking or loosening, as in the case of traditional panels on the structure.
Available colors and finishes eTile Classic is available in a variety of colours, so you can adapt the roof to your architectural vision. Black, anthracite, brick and gray colors are available as standard, but we can also prepare other variants on request.
How does the installation of the system look like?
The installation of eTile Classic is a process that combines traditional roofing works with photovoltaic installation. To begin with, a membrane and a patch system are laid, then cable troughs are mounted for conducting wires. eTile Classic modules are laid out similarly to a regular sheet metal tile, with the difference that each element is additionally connected to the electrical system.
Importantly, the installation can be done by an ordinary roofing crew after a short training. This does not require specialized tools or complicated procedures. Electrical connections are made by an electrician using standard components used in photovoltaics.
How to care for the eTile Classic solar roof?
The system is designed to require minimal maintenance. A special coating of glass makes it easy to self-clean during rain. Periodic inspections, as in the case of a regular roof, allow you to keep the system in excellent condition for decades. If necessary, it is possible to replace individual modules without having to dismantle the entire roof.
