Project implementation: From order to assembly

The implementation of the eFence solar fence is a process that requires proper preparation and a professional approach. Unlike the installation of a traditional fence, we are dealing here with an advanced system that combines protective functions with the production of electricity. In this article, we will walk you through the entire process - from the moment of placing the order, through the individual stages of assembly, to the final acceptance and commissioning of the system. We'll show you what to look out for and how to avoid common pitfalls so that your investment is executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Preparation for implementation

Think of the implementation of the eFence system as a well-planned trip - the key to success is the right preparation. Before the first span stands on your property, we need to go through several essential preparatory steps.

It all starts with comprehensive documentation. After signing the contract, you will receive from us a detailed executive project, taking into account the specifics of your plot. This is not an ordinary sketch - it is a precise plan containing the layout of all the elements of the system, from the foundation to the electrical connections. Importantly, the documentation takes into account not only the design aspects, but also the optimal layout of photovoltaic modules in relation to insolation.

“When I got the project in hand, I was impressed with the level of detail,” recalls Andrzej, one of our clients. “Each element was accurately described, including the marking of the cable routing and connection points. It gave me confidence that the performers knew exactly what to do.”

The next step is to verify the technical conditions. Our team carries out a detailed analysis of the site, checking, among other things:

· the shape of the plot and potential obstacles

· location of underground utilities

· access to the electrical network

· Possibility of access to assembly equipment

At this stage, it is also worth setting a detailed work schedule. In the case of the eFence system, we can precisely determine the lead time, because all the components are prefabricated in our plant. Standard installation usually takes 3-5 working days, depending on the length of the fence and the complexity of the site.

We pay special attention to logistical issues. “This is not an ordinary delivery of building materials,” explains Marek, our assembly manager. “Photovoltaic modules require proper transportation and storage. Therefore, we always make sure that a secure place is prepared on the construction site to store the components of the system.”

Before starting work, you will receive from us a detailed schedule specifying the sequence of actions, the estimated time of implementation of each stage and a list of things that are worth preparing before the arrival of the assembly team. This will allow you to know exactly what to expect in the following days of implementation.

Step-by-step assembly process

The installation of the eFence system is a precisely planned process, where each successive stage builds the foundation for the next. Let's take a look at what this peculiar choreography of transforming your plot into a modern, energetic fence looks like.

It all starts with the proper preparation of the site. The installation team first accurately draws the fence line, taking into account not only the boundaries of the plot, but also the optimal positioning of the photovoltaic modules relative to the sides of the world. This is a crucial moment - even a small error at this stage can affect the subsequent performance of the entire system.

“I often come across the question of whether the terrain has to be perfectly level,” says Tomasz, an experienced eFence installer. “In fact, the system does a great job with small level differences. It is crucial to precisely determine the foundation points for the posts.”

The next stage is the foundation work. In the eFence system we use specially designed point foundations for 100x100mm posts. This stage requires special precision - the posts must be positioned perfectly vertically and at the right depth to ensure the stability of the entire structure. We use professional measuring equipment for this, and each point is verified before pouring concrete.

After the foundation is tied, it's time to assemble the fence structure. The eFence system is designed to simplify this process as much as possible. The spans are inserted into special guides in the posts, which eliminates the risk of installation errors. “It's like assembling high-quality furniture,” compares Piotr from the assembly department. “All the pieces are prefabricated and fit together perfectly.”

In parallel with the installation of the mechanical structure, electrical work is carried out. Each pole of the eFence system has internal channels for wiring, which not only ensures an aesthetic appearance, but also protects the wires from the elements. Installers conduct wiring according to the project, preparing the system for subsequent connection to the electrical network.

The final stage is the integration of automation systems - connection of LED lighting, control configuration and synchronization with the mobile application. It is a precise process that requires specialist knowledge, but thanks to the modular design of the eFence system, it runs smoothly and without complications.

Each stage of assembly is documented and verified by the project manager. This is not just a formality - this is your guarantee that the system was installed to the highest standards and will serve for many years.

Reception and commissioning

We are nearing the end of the implementation of your eFence system, but the last stage is just as important as the previous one. Professional reception and correct commissioning of the system is a guarantee of its long-term, trouble-free operation.

The acceptance process begins with a comprehensive quality control of workmanship. Our inspector checks every element of the system, paying special attention to the stability of the structure, the quality of the electrical connections and the aesthetics of the finish. “This is not a cursory glance,” explains Marek, head of the quality department. “We have a detailed checklist of more than 50 points that we need to verify before putting the system into use.”

After positive mechanical verification, we proceed to functional tests. This is the fascinating moment when your fence begins to “live”. We check:

· operation of each photovoltaic module

· the correct operation of the LED lighting system

· operation of automation and control

· correct communication with the mobile application

“I always encourage customers to actively participate in testing,” says Anna, a launch specialist. “This is the best time to learn how to use the system and ask all the nagging questions.”

In parallel, we prepare a set of post-production documentation. You receive not only acceptance protocols and guarantees, but also detailed instructions for use of the system and access data to the monitoring platform. All documents are archived in our system, so even if you lose something, we can always provide a copy.

The first launch of the system is the moment when theory turns into practice. Our technicians show you how to effectively use all system functions — from basic support to advanced customization options. “It's a bit like taking over a new car,” jokes Piotr from the support department. “First we show the basics, and then gradually we discover more advanced possibilities.”

Remember that the reception of the system is not the end of our cooperation - it is its beginning. You can always count on our technical support and advice on optimizing the operation of the system.
