eFence system - solution overview

1. eFence Flat - a solid foundation of the system
Imagine a fence that not only protects your property, but also produces electricity - and in a way so elegant that most passers-by won't even notice the photovoltaic panels. This is precisely the innovation introduced by the eFence Flat system.
“When I saw the eFence Flat for the first time, I was surprised by its robustness,” says Marek, an experienced installer of fencing systems. “This is not an ordinary fence with glued panels - it is a completely thought-out construction.”
At the heart of the system are specially designed spans with a palisade structure. Each span can accommodate from one to four photovoltaic modules, each with a capacity of about 160Wp. Importantly, the modules are fully integrated into the fence structure - they do not protrude, do not form unsightly gaps or clearances.
The construction is based on massive 100x100mm posts made of extruded aluminum. “This is a fundamental difference compared to competing solutions,” explains Tomasz, an engineer at Electrotile. “Our bollards not only ensure the stability of the entire structure, but also serve as conduits for wiring. All wires are hidden inside the profiles.”
The system can be configured in many ways. The standard span has a length of 2100 mm, but variants with custom width are also available. In shady places or where energy production is not needed, inactive spans can be used, which visually do not differ from active ones.
“What I particularly appreciate about eFence Flat is its versatility,” adds Anna, an architect with 15 years of experience. “The system works great both in modern housing estates and with more traditional architecture. And the ability to choose the color scheme allows you to perfectly match the fence to the character of the building.”
2. eFence Blade - innovative blade system
The eFence Blade system represents a completely new approach to integrating photovoltaics into a fence. Unlike traditional, massive panels, it uses slender photovoltaic lamellae that can be mounted both vertically and at different angles.
“It was like discovering new design possibilities,” recalls Piotr, an architect specializing in modern construction. “Suddenly, the fence stopped being a barrier and became an architectural element to play with.”
At the heart of the system are slats available in two sizes: eBlade L generating 38 Wp/Mb and eBlade M with 25 Wp/Mb. Lamels can be mounted in posts at different angles - every 15 degrees - thanks to special mandrels. This gives you incredible freedom in creating the appearance of the fence and optimizing energy production.
A unique feature of the system is the ability to adjust the clearance between the slats - from 0 to 150mm. “This is a great solution when we want to combine privacy with efficient energy production,” explains Marcin, an experienced installer. “You can arrange the slats so that they do not shade each other, while maintaining adequate protection from the eyes of neighbors.”
The system also offers innovative lighting solutions. In lamellas or posts, LED strips can be installed, which are controlled by a mobile application. “It's not just about aesthetics,” explains Anna, whose property is decorated with eFence Blade. “In the evening, when I turn on the lighting through the application, the fence creates an amazing mood in the garden.”
Standard spans can range in length from 1000 to 2100mm and height from 1000 to 2000mm, allowing a perfect fit for any property. The system is complemented by elegant wickets and gates, maintained in the same style.
3. eFence Zent - minimalist elegance
The third variant of the eFence system represents the approach that best describes the saying “less is more”. eFence Zent is the quintessence of minimalist design combined with maximum energy efficiency.
“When I first saw eFence Zent, I was impressed by its simplicity,” says Michał, designer of modern residences. “The vertical panels create a clean, elegant line that blends perfectly with modern architecture.”
The system offers two basic variants of panels. The first, with dimensions of 1500-1800 x 450 mm, includes an integrated photovoltaic module with a capacity of 82 Wp. The second, larger variant with dimensions of 2200 x 450 mm, is equipped with a module with a power of 165 Wp. This gives the possibility of significant energy production - with a fence height of 2 meters, each running meter can generate up to 165 Wp.
“What distinguishes the Zent system is its design,” explains Tomasz, an engineer specializing in photovoltaic installations. “Spans with a width of 1000 mm are mounted directly into the ground using special anchors. At the top there is a hidden reinforcing profile, which ensures perfect stability of the entire structure.”
It is worth paying attention to the thoughtful integration of panels into the design of the fence. Unlike competing solutions, where photovoltaic panels are simply attached to an existing fence, in the Zent system they are an integral part of the structure.
“This fence works particularly well in projects where purity of form is key,” adds Anna, landscape architect. “With its minimalist design and vertical panels, the Zent system can visually lengthen the property and create the impression of a larger space.”
The system is complemented by gates and wickets maintained in the same minimalist style, which ensures a consistent appearance of the entire fence. It is worth emphasizing that despite its simplicity, the Zent system offers all the advanced features known from other eFence variants, including monitoring of energy production and integration with energy management systems.
