The heart of the system is the controller that manages the operation of the electric motor. It is he who processes the signals from the sensors and transmits the corresponding commands to the drive. In ZIP PRO systems we use only certified motors from renowned manufacturers, which are characterized by quiet operation and long service life.

The key element is the weather sensors, which automatically respond to changing external conditions. The wind sensor ensures safety by rolling up the curtain in strong gusts. The insolation sensor controls the position of the curtain depending on the intensity of sunlight, and the temperature sensor optimizes the indoor climate.

Control and programming

The system can be operated in several ways. The basic solution is a radio remote control, which allows you to conveniently control a single curtain or a group of curtains. A more advanced option is integration with building automation systems, which allows you to centrally manage all curtains and create schedules and scenes.

In the case of ZIP PRO SOLAR, the system works completely autonomously thanks to the built-in photovoltaic panel. The integrated battery ensures operation even during long periods of cloudiness, and the entire mechanism does not require connection to the electrical network.

Programming and configuration

During installation, it is necessary to correctly program the end positions and set the sensitivity of the sensors. In ZIP PRO systems, this process is simplified as much as possible thanks to an intuitive interface. It is also important to configure the appropriate scenarios of operation - for example, at what wind strength the curtain should roll up or in what sunlight it should unfold.

In modern systems, remote servicing and parameter reconfiguration is also possible, which greatly facilitates after-sales service and quick response to customer needs.
