What you need to know to get started

Before we begin the process, it's a good idea to gather some basic information about your windows and needs. The main thing is the dimensions of the windows - width and height. Don't worry, you don't need to measure them yourself, our technician will do it during your visit. Also consider the color scheme - the cassette and guides can be in any RAL color, and the fabric is available in a dozen variations. Also think over the method of control - you can choose between a classic crank and an electric motor with remote control.

Appointment and measurements

It all starts with a casual encounter. You can visit our showroom to see the systems in operation, or arrange a technician visit to your home. During the meeting, we will discuss your needs, advise on the best solutions and make accurate measurements. On this basis, we will prepare a detailed offer, taking into account all your requirements.

From order to production

After accepting the offer, we formalize the cooperation through a contract, which specifies the scope of work, terms and conditions. The standard down payment is 30-40% of the order value. Your system will be manufactured to order in our factory in Poland - this process usually takes 3-4 weeks. At this time, we prepare aluminum profiles of the selected color, cut the fabric and install the mechanisms.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is carried out by a certified installation team. First, they prepare the workplace and install the guides. Then they mount the cartridge with the system and, in the case of the electric version, connect the power supply. The whole process usually takes one business day. Finally, they program the engines, test the system and show how to use it.

Support after assembly

After installation, you receive a set of documents: user manual, warranty card and contact details for the service. Our team is always there to support you - if you have any questions, we are at your disposal. We also offer regular inspections that extend the life of the system.
