From Vision to Realization

The first challenge was to find the answer to the question: where to produce? We could, like most companies in the industry, outsourcingproduction in China. It would certainly be a cheaper and simpler solution. However, we knew that only full control over the production process would allow us to create a product of the highest quality and respond flexibly to the needs of customers.

We decided to build our own production plant in Poland. The choice fell on Mount Kalwaria near Warsaw - a location with excellent infrastructure and access to qualified employees. It was a bold decision, requiring significant investment, but today we know that it was the right one.

A key element of success was building the right team. We have hired the best specialists in the photovoltaic, roofing and industrial automation industries. We have combined their knowledge with the experience of material engineers and production process experts. This multidisciplinary team has been working on the development of technologyproduction for more than two years.

The process of development of production technology wasa fascinating journey. We started with basic manual processes, gradually automating and optimizing. Each stage was carefully analyzed andperfected. We tested various materials, joining methods, quality control processes. We have cooperated with leading Polish technical universities and research institutes.

A particular challenge was the development oftechnology for connecting photovoltaic cells to sheet metal. Traditional methods used in the production of standard panels did not work in the case of integrated roof systems. We have developed our own unique method, whichis now protected by international patents.

Today, after years of experience, our production plant in Calvary Mountain is one of the most modern in Europe. We produce here not only solar roofs, but also other elements of the photovoltaic system. Most importantly, the entire process - from design to production to quality control - takes place in Poland, under the watchful eye of our specialists.

Modern production plant

At the heart of our activity is a modern production plant in Góra Kalwaria near Warsaw. It occupies an area of 4000 square meters and is equipped with the most modern production lines. It is here, every day, that products are created that change the face of Polish photovoltaics.

The central element of the plant is a fully automated production line using the latest generation of industrial robots. The manufacturing process starts with precise cutting of solar glass. We use advanced lasers for this purpose, which ensure cutting accuracywith a tolerance of up to 0.1 mm. This is extremely important, because the precision on this tape directly translates into the tightness and durability of the final product.

The next step is the integration of photovoltaic cells into the sheet. This crucial process takes place in a specially-designed clean chamber, where temperature and humidity are more closely controlled. Industrial robots apply a special binder and precisely position the cells. Each panel passes through a vision system that checkscorrectness of laying and detects even the smallest imperfections.

We are particularly proud of our research and development laboratory. It is here that we test new solutions and materials. We have a climate chamber, where we can simulate extreme weather conditions - from frosty winters to hot summers. Each new product undergoes a seriesstrict tests before it goes into mass production. We also cooperate with external certification laboratories, which confirm the compliance of our products with the highest European standards.

The quality control system in our plant ismultilevel. It begins already at the stage of taking raw materials. Each batch of materials passes a detailed control of parameters. During production, automatic control systems check every step of the process. At the end of the production line, each panel passes through a final inspection station, where not only its functionality, but also the aesthetics of the workmanship are checked.

An integral part of the plant is a moderntraining center and showroom. It is here that we conduct trainings for roofers andinstallers, showing how to properly mount our systems. In the showroom we present the full range of our products in real conditions. Customerscan see how different color and finish options will look ontheir homes.

The plant in Góra Kalwaria is not only a production site - it is a centre of competence in the field of integrated photovoltaics.Our engineers and technicians are constantly working on process improvement anddevelopment of new products. It is here that innovative solutions are born, which later find application in the homes of our customers.

Importantly, all production is carried out in accordance withthe principles of sustainable development.
