A. Preparing for commissioning

Before you begin, make sure that:

· All roofing work is completed and received

· 3-phase power connection is available

· The day is sunny (necessary for production tests)

· You have a complete set of technical documentation

· You have access to the main switchboard of the building

B. Commissioning procedure

1. Make Electrical Measurements:

o Insulation resistance of all DC circuits

o Continuity of grounding wires

o Correct connections between strings

2. Configure Inverter:

o Set network parameters according to OSD requirements

o Check the communication with the WiFi network

o Make sure online monitoring works

3. First inclusion:

o Attach DC Protectors

o Turn on the inverter

o Check the messages on the display

o Monitor operating parameters for a minimum of one hour

C. Safety tests

It is necessary to check the operation of all security measures:

· Residual current circuit breaker test

· Checking the operation of the fire switch

· Test optimizers (if installed)

· Verification of the correctness of the grounding

D. Acceptance checklist

For the reception protocol, the following are required:

· DC and AC electrical measurements

· Monitoring performance test

· Photos from thermal imaging camera of electrical connections

· Post-production documentation

· User training protocol

Remember: All tests must be documented in the reception protocol. The absence of any element means that the installation cannot be handed over for use.
Practical tip: Do not rush to start - this is the most important stage of assembly. Checking all the elements carefully now will prevent problems in the future.
