Machining and finishing

A. Preparation for installation of workpieces
Before proceeding with the processing, make sure that all eTile panels are already installed and connected correctly. In the places where the treatments will be carried out, always use a standard sheet covering without photovoltaic modules. Remember that the treatments must be made of the same material and in the same color as the roof sheathing.
B. Processing rules
At the chimney, first perform the rear processing, then the side, and at the end the front. Maintain a gap of 20-25 cm between the processing edge and the photovoltaic module - this will ensure proper ventilation and facilitate subsequent service. Pay special attention to the construction of the so-called water drainage gutter at the front of the chimney - it should have an appropriate profile and slope.
For roof windows, use system flanges dedicated to a given type of coverage. For eTile Classic, use flanges for sheet metal tile, and for eTile Flat - for sheet seam. The window apron should be tucked under the top sheet, and the side treatments should cover the edges of adjacent sheets.
C. Workout Checklist
Upon completion of the work, check the following items:
· Tightness of the joints of the workings with the plating
· Correctness of mechanical fastening
· Retention of required bets
· Solid color and aesthetics of the finish
· Correctness of water discharge drops
· No sharp edges that can damage wires
· Fixing stability of elements
Remember that well-made treatments are not only a guarantee of tightness, but also a showcase of your work. Give this stage a proper amount of attention - it always pays off.
