eBlade System Basics
The eBlade system is based on three basic lamella variants, each designed for different applications:
Large slats (240mm) - frame system designed for large shutters and walls. Ideal for creating extensive energy generating surfaces, such as curtain walls or large garden partitions. The maximum length of a single module is 2500mm.
Lamella Medium (165mm) - frame system of universal application. It works in both railings and smaller shutters. Its balanced proportions allow it to be harmoniously integrated into a variety of designs.
Small Lamels (130mm) - frameless system, providing a minimalist look. Great for subtle shutters and facade blinds where visual lightness is key. Mounted in click-in system.
Applications of the system
Balcony and terrace railings
The eBlade system allows you to transform traditional railings into energy-active building elements. You can choose a horizontal or vertical lamella layout, with the option of mounting safety glass from the inside. Especially effective in multi-family buildings, where a large area of railings translates into significant energy production.
Facade blinds
As a shading system, eBlade combines the function of sun control with energy production. The lamellas can be mounted as fixed or movable (with the possibility of adjusting the angle), adapting to the changing conditions of the sun. The available mounting angles (15°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90°) allow you to optimize both shading and power generation.
Garden fences and partitions
The system allows you to create elegant fences that generate energy. They can be equipped with integrated LED lighting, creating a spectacular night illumination. The system also includes sliding and swing gates, maintaining visual consistency with the fence.
Curtain and facade walls
Using Large lamellas, you can create extensive curtain wall surfaces. They are suitable both as independent walls of carports or pergolas, and as elements of building facades. The ability to combine with glazing allows you to create interesting compositions of light and shadow.

Functional aspects
Orientation to the sides of the world The energy efficiency of the system depends on the correct orientation of the lamellas. The southern exposure provides the highest efficiency, but the eastern and western also offer good opportunities for obtaining energy. The angle of inclination of the lamellas can be optimized depending on the location and season.
Sunlight control The system allows precise control of the access of sunlight. In the case of facade blinds, movable slats allow dynamic adaptation to changing conditions. In fixed applications, the right angle of inclination allows you to optimize the balance between shading and light transmission.
Integration of lighting The eBlade system offers the possibility of integrating LED lighting both vertically and horizontally. This allows you to create spectacular illuminations and functional lighting of the space. The control via the mobile application increases the comfort of use.
Technical aspects
Dimensioning Each type of lamellas has its own specific dimensional limitations:
- Large slats: max 2500mm when mounted vertically
- Medium lamellas: max 2200mm when mounted horizontally
- Small slats: max 2200mm, horizontal mounting only
Loads and strength The system has been tested for various wind loads:
- 600 Pa - standard applications
- 800 Pa - locations with increased wind load
- 1250 Pa - special applications requiring increased strength
Mounting systems
- Insertion installation - for 90° angle systems
- Sleeve mounting - for systems at 15°-60° angles
- Click-in system - for Small lamellas in frameless arrangement
Aesthetic aspects
Visual Consistency The system allows to maintain a uniform aesthetic in a variety of applications. The same profiles can be used in railings, blinds and fences, creating a harmonious whole. The availability of various finishes allows you to adjust the system to the nature of the building.
Modularity and rhythm When designing with the eBlade system, it is worth using its natural modularity to create rhythmic compositions. Different widths of lamellas allow you to achieve diverse visual effects - from gentle divisions to expressive geometric patterns.
Integration with architecture The system can be effectively integrated with different architectural styles. In modern architecture, it can emphasize the technological character of the building, while in more traditional implementations it can be a discreet functional element.
